For independent caterers who need to price the work, send the paperwork and keep track of what is still owed. Dayline brings that workflow into your own business workspace.
Dayline is our software product. White Birch Ventures LLC does not provide catering services.

The practical workflow
One event, from the first estimate to the remaining balance.
01 / COST & QUOTE
Price the event with the costs in view.
Build quotes from food and menu costs, labor, rentals, delivery and other expenses. See estimated revenue, gross profit and margin as the quote takes shape. These figures depend on your entries; they are estimates, not accounting profit or collected revenue.
02 / SAVE & REUSE
Start the next event with your library.
Keep menu items and recurring costs in a reusable cost library. Add them to future quotes, then adjust quantities and event-specific prices without changing your saved defaults.
03 / SEND & FOLLOW UP
Keep the customer conversation together.
Create and email proposals, invoices and messages. Share customer document links and track proposal acceptance, while keeping internal costs private. Anyone holding a customer link can view that document, so share it carefully.
04 / RECORD & RECONCILE
Know what remains on the invoice.
Include an external payment-provider link or offline payment instructions on an invoice. After confirming a payment was received, record it manually in Dayline and track the remaining balance. External payments are not tracked automatically.

External payment links and manual payment tracking
No card required. No automatic charge at the end of the trial. Subscribing early starts paid billing immediately. Paid subscriptions renew monthly until canceled; cancellation stops renewal and access continues through the paid period.
No extra Dayline percentage on customer payments. Payment-provider fees still apply. Any applicable subscription tax is shown at checkout.
Add your own external payment-provider link, or instructions for offline payment such as cash, check or bank transfer. Confirm receipt yourself, then record the payment in Dayline. Integrated Stripe account connection is disabled and labeled “Coming soon.” Automatic client-payment tracking is not available yet; no availability date is promised.
Can I connect Google Calendar or invite a team?
Google Calendar integration and multi-user or team accounts are not available. Dayline currently supports one owner per business.
What do the quote numbers mean?
Estimated revenue is the quoted amount, not money collected. Estimated gross profit is quoted revenue less the costs entered for that quote, and estimated margin expresses that difference as a percentage of quoted revenue. These are planning estimates, not accounting profit.
Is there a public interactive demo?
There is no public interactive demo. The free trial opens your own business workspace in Dayline. The sample quote on this page is an illustration with fictional event data.
